Product returns must be made no later than within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt.

The costs are born by the customer. Returns can be made via any courier service, except the postal service.

The product must be sent properly packaged.

In the event of a return:
To request a refund, you must notify the company by calling 2111180258 within 14 days. You must first send the package—in its original packaging, exactly as received, and including all accessories—at your own expense. If you receive an incorrect shipment or a defective product, the shipping costs are borne by the company; however, this is always subject to prior telephone contact and notification.
