Registration

Registration is not mandatory for making purchases. However, if you wish to register, you must provide true and accurate information as requested in each instance. The use of personal details and data belonging to third parties (natural or legal persons) is prohibited. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an account activation message at the email address you provided; otherwise, the registration process will not be completed.

CONNECTION

To log in to your account, you are required to enter your email address and the password you chose during registration into the appropriate field.

ORDER PLACEMENT

To place an order, the user/visitor of our online store must be familiar with the relevant procedures (from placement through to dispatch). Once the order has been placed, the user/visitor will receive an email at the address provided during the ordering process; this message will detail all order information (selected product—e.g., footwear—and other specifications such as brand and color; quantity and size; product code; product price; any additional charges; total order quantity; payment amount; and contact details).

CANCEL ORDER

The user/visitor has the option to cancel the order. To cancel an order, the user/visitor must contact the Customer Service Department.
